*Your student must be 5 years old on or before September 1st of the school year you are apply for. Applications for the 2024-2025 school year will be accepted beginning on Monday January 29. Acceptance letters for the 2024-2025 school year will be sent on March 24.

Upon Confirmation

You will be asked to provide copies of the following documents to complete enrollment (Instructions will be sent to you via email after confirmation).

Copy of Original Birth Certificate
Current & Complete Immunization Record (or current exemption certificate)
Proof of Vision Screening (Kindergarten only)
Special Education Information (if applicable) – If your student has been serviced in Special Education, we will need to obtain a current copy of the IEP or 504 so that our resource team can address the needs of your student. Treeside Charter School will request records from your student's current school upon registration.

TRANSFERRING STUDENTS

If you are transferring mid-year to Treeside Charter School, please complete your current school's withdrawal procedures and fill out the Records Request Form during your registration at Treeside. Transfers are complete once a copy of your student's birth certificate and immunizations are received and the registration forms are complete.

If you are transferring from Treeside Charter to another school, obtain a withdrawal form from the front office. Please contact the registrar, Natalie Hodges, with any questions. She can be reached at nhodges@treesidecharter.org
